Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary Client liaison, providing professional interaction and support
  • Work with technical team to ensure stable operation of Client safety systems
  • Respond to daily Client requests/inquiries, and provide remote and on-site support as required
  • Establish standardized, scalable procedures for operational tasks, including system provisioning, installation, and tracking
  • Create, maintain, and distribute reports to the appropriate personnel
  • Provide training to Client personnel and SaferAging personnel as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree -or- 4+ years of experience in an operational role
  • Proficient personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work in a small, fast paced environment
  • Ability to prioritize and organize work
